The cydectin platinum cup

Cydectin Platinum is a highly effective, persistent combination drench that can significantly improve cattle growth. To demonstrate these results are achievable on farm, in commercial enterprises, Virbac is running a proof-of-concept campaign – The Cydectin Platinum Cup.

Beef producers from across New South Wales and Queensland will be invited to participate in the Cydectin Platinum Cup. Participating cattle producers will collaborate with their Virbac Area Sales Manager (ASM) to assess the level of drench resistance on their property (animals/paddocks) using a faecal egg count reduction test (FECRT) treated with Cydectin Platinum. Following this, the growth of the cattle will be monitored for up to 60 days.

The Cydectin Platinum Cup aims to demonstrate the benefits of transitioning from older, ineffective single-active drenches to a highly effective and persistent option like Cydectin Platinum.
