Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion: The Furbo Giveaway is a chance draw promotion by Virbac Animal Health during the Dog and Cat Lovers Melbourne 2024 Festival.
  2. Eligibility: Entry is open to all residents of Victoria, Australia, aged 18 years and over.
  3. Entry Method: To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at the event by providing their name, email address, and additional details as requested. One entry per person.
  4. Promotion Period: The promotion commences on 26th October 2024 and concludes at the end of the Dog and Cat Lovers Melbourne 2024 Festival on 27th October 2024.
  5. Prize: One Furbo Dog Camera or Furbo Cat Camera valued at approximately AUD $359 will be awarded to one randomly selected winner.
  6. Draw Date: The random draw will take place within five (5) working days after the conclusion of the Dog and Cat Lovers Melbourne 2024 Festival, no later than 1st November 2024.
  7. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form within 2 business days of the draw. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize and provide a valid postal address for delivery.
  8. Prize Delivery: The prize will be sent via post to the winner’s nominated address within 14 days of the winner confirming their details. Virbac Animal Health is not responsible for any delays or issues with postage.
  9. Unclaimed Prize: If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the winner notification, a redraw will take place, and a new winner will be selected.
  10. No Substitutes: The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  11. Limitation of Liability: Virbac Animal Health is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained in relation to the prize or the competition.
  12. General: By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Virbac Animal Health reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms or engages in unlawful or improper conduct in connection with the competition.
